1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Lotus Florist website. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or subscribing to the newsletter you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Enquiries & quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking. Availability, pricing and final scope are confirmed in a separate proposal and contract. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Bookings, deposits & cancellation

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a signed proposal and a non-refundable retainer. Cancellation terms, balance schedule and any postponement policy are set out in that proposal.

4. Content & imagery

All photography, text, brand marks and design on this site are owned by Lotus Florist or used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them without prior written consent.

5. Seasonality & substitutions

Blooms are seasonal and subject to market availability. We reserve the right to substitute stems of equivalent quality and character to keep the overall design intact.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
